Title: Account Executive – Project Management - Freelance

Location: 100% Remote

Rate: £100 - £200 per day

Duration: Indefinite – 35 hours per week.

** Must have the necessary right to live and work in the UK**

Are you an incredibly organised Account Exec/Manager who can get projects done?
Are you able to work with multiple stakeholders and be the central point of contact for a Marketing agency?

Then this contract could be for you!

I’m working with a well-established remote agency looking for an Account Executive to join the team on a Freelance basis. After some significant client wins they now have capacity to bring on a freelance Account Exec/Manager to cover project management responsibilities.

No day is going to be the same with this role, The role covers everything from making sure some content goes out the door to a client, briefing SEO freelancers on an upcoming project or preparing a slide deck for a new client pitch.

This role will report to the CEO and this is how he description of the role:

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on go-getter who has rounded experience across multiple tasks and gets stuff done! You need great attention to detail, fantastic communication skills, an analytical mind with a creative side and real energy to deliver projects fast. You should have a passion for delivering the best work, the flexibility to pivot as needed and a positive attitude at all times.

We need someone who is going to support multiple marketing campaigns and projects across multiple clients around the world.

The role is remote but there are plans for an office to be based in Reading, if you live nearby great but if you are hired on a remote basis you will stay remote.


Skills & Experience we would like to see: 

  • Experience working in a Marketing Agency, ideally in a Project or Account Management role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Great attention to details
  • Some knowledge of digital marketing
  • Experience working in a marketing agency
  • Email marketing - writing, design, production & send
  • Social Advertising - writing, design, setup, running, testing
  • Google Ads – general understanding
  • Social media - writing, design, scheduling, analysing, influencer marketing
  • Affiliate marketing - researching, negotiating, managing
  • Website management - Wordpress experience. Other CMS useful.
  • CRM - Hubspot experience

You don't need to have all of this experience but the more the better as they are looking for an all-rounder who can support them on multiple projects and channels and who can be trusted to deliver without too much management. They need someone who is the engine of the team – keeping them organised, ensuring they deliver to a high standard and on time.
