Role: Account Manager, B2B Marketing
Location: Office in London Victoria, but can be fully remote
Remuneration: £30-35k base + package + discretionary bonus

A SaaS marketing agency built for today’s SaaS firms.

One which understands their challenges and what it takes for them to be successful. They support their client’s ambition and business objectives through killer marketing programmes which generate leads, manage their funnels and support growth objectives.

You’ll be part of the client services team, reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, engaging with clients to converse about marketing tactics and strategies, translating their challenges and requirements into briefs, and in turn working with specialists within the agency to create high impact, result driving campaigns.

You will be the conduit between the agency’s team of specialists across paid social, marketing automation, lead and demand generation and the client teams. Serving as the client point of contact for day-to-day matters and account management.

Campaigns will be multi-channel, digital and offline and you will be working with a range of clients which represent a cross section of B2B SaaS firms from different industries.

You will manage each of the projects, managing client expectations and ensuring each are on track and delivered within client expectations. Keeping them abreast of the various campaigns and projects, including monthly and quarterly account reviews and updates.

There’s scope for challenging client thinking, adding your own knowledge and experience to their marketing campaign ideas, helping to shape and craft things into what’s going to be the most productive solution to meet their needs.

What we’re looking for in you

  • Marketing Agency experience in a client services/account management role
  • Good knowledge of managing a CRM system and end to end client projects
  • Good general knowledge of digital marketing
  • Have experience of utilizing a project management tool such as Notion, etc.
  • Experience of delivering marketing campaigns, projects and solutions which meet client needs
  • Good client management and communication skills
