Analytics Manager - MMM / Econometrics / Attribution Modelling / Media Analysis

LOCATION:         100 % Remote OR Central London

SALARY:             £60k plus excellent training opportunities

 

This role sites within one of the largest and most successful Digital Media Agencies globally – working directly way with some of the most prestigious companies around the world.

 

You will join the innovation hub which sits at group level, developing media analytics solutions and models for use across the agency group, and EMEA regions. You will think about 'what comes next?', and innovate around new capabilities, working to solve client problems designing cutting edge marketing science solutions and products.

 

Projects range across:

 

Audience creation and insights

Audience modelling and activation

Customer journey

Measurement solution

Channel planning

 

You will need strong commercial awareness and either experience with, or interest in, media and marketing data. Core skills in statistics, data visualisation and story telling with be required to support a strong foundation of technical ability with coding using either R or Python. Some skills in MMM/Econometrics/Attribution modelling are key too.

 

At heart it is important to be inquisitive and innovative in order to thrive in this agency environment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Educated to degree level in a numerate subject (STEM); Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Engineering
  • Strong SQL coder with experience of working with large volumes of digital media or advertising data
  • Experience of working with R or Python for building econometric models and A/B testing is ESSENTIAL
  • A strong background in econometrics or marketing effectiveness and market mix modelling (MMM) is key for this role; how to calculate ROI and margin ROI etc.
  • Experience in statistical problem solving, a naturally, demonstrable curious mind set
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in order to bring colleagues and clients on your journey
