Associate Director of Analytics

** MULTI AWARD-WINNING MEDIA AGENCY NETWORK **

  • Progressive culture
  • Credible history in breaking boundaries
  • Huge training and development opportunities

You will be working within one of the UK’s top 10 Media Agencies, in partnership with a major banking client. Your role is focused on delivering data science and marketing effectiveness projects, identifying client challenges, shaping briefs and solutions to meet those needs, as well as identifying opportunities for new business and projects.

Your background will likely be from agency, and you should have exposure to marketing analytics, MMM (market mix modelling), consulting around digital pathways and making recommendations on investment through insights and analytics.

You will oversee a division of Data Scientists and Analysts, who will cover a wide range of projects including classic statistical customer and marketing analysis, digital analytics, data science (machine learning, AI) and attribution / MMM.

What’s in it for you?
Working within a media agency offers exposure to a Big Data environment, highly complex analytical techniques and methodologies, not found in 1-2-1 marketing, due to the audience impact you are working towards, so if you are interested in diversifying your skills in an entirely different environment, whilst remaining up to date on cutting edge data science approaches, this would be a great move.

You will also receive the support and guidance from an inspiration manager, someone who can mentor and guide you as you and your team grow.
