Role: Brand Marketing Manager
Location
: London based office. Part office/part home based post lockdown restrictions
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 plus benefits

Here’s your chance to take control of the brand, messaging, creative, comms, PR and social media brand campaigns on behalf of a cutting edge SaaS firm.

It’s a company whose core product is used by more than 50% of the World’s biggest brands, and have recently launched a new one which is growing market share rapidly.

It’s this new product you’ll be in charge of the brand strategy and brand creative assets for use in multi-channel campaigns of.

You’ll be working in collaboration with the demand generation, events and content marketing teams. Ensuring campaigns have the right assets available to support, they’re reflective of the firm’s cutting edge positioning and create a joined up experience across channel.

You’ll be acting as brand guardian for everything going out the door, and keeping on top of brand trackers and brand research into competitors. Ensuring campaign messaging is on point, insight based and going to achieve cut through and resonance with the associated target audiences.

You’ll be overseeing creative, design and content agency partners as well as freelance support, and controlling the purse strings of marketing budgets allocated to campaigns.

Their brand marketing has a product centric vibe – e.g. collateral production, video content, etc. and is used to feed into lead generation, events, social media, etc. in order to drive sales.

The KPI’s for this position are as follows:

  • Brand awareness
  • Delivery KPI’s around production of collaterals and materials
  • Social Media – looking at share of voice and engagement measures

A big part about the appeal of this opportunity is in the pace of the business, and just how open they are to experimentation.

Their mantra is: “If you’re not breaking things, you’re not moving fast enough.” So it’s certainly not the kind of place to be if you don’t like change or enjoy the often slow pace of large, complex corporates. As this place really isn’t that.

So if you’re the kind of person who loves trying new things, openly embraces change and has a real eye for what cutting edge brand creative looks like - and aren’t afraid of making the occasional mistake in order to learn and grow from it – this could be a good the right opportunity for you.

Key Experience Necessary

  • Got to be from either a B2B or B2C SaaS environment, having been responsible for brand and comms – creating and executing campaigns, overseeing collateral production and making the calls on brand creative
  • Experience in product marketing will be highly beneficial – e.g. creation of collateral, video, etc. to support product sales
  • Non-corporate creative style, with a portfolio behind you which reflects cutting edge creative brand work
  • Good knowledge of social media
  • Brand guardianship experience in asset creation and campaign oversight
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues on projects
  • Really great project management skills

Must be able to live and work in the UK unrestricted.
