Job Title: Business Change Manager - ERP Transition (Lorenzo to SystmOne)

Fixed-term contract for 12 months

Position Overview:

We are working with a dynamic and innovative healthcare organization who are dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and improving healthcare systems. They are embarking on a transformative journey to transition their ERP system from Lorenzo to SystmOne, and are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Change Manager to lead this critical transition.

As a Business Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the ERP transition project, overseeing the change management process, and ensuring a seamless shift from Lorenzo to SystmOne. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to facilitate the change, optimize business processes, and maximize the benefits of new ERP system.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the change management strategy for the ERP transition from Lorenzo to SystmOne.
  • Collaborate with project teams to define change objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Identify and analyze potential risks and issues related to the transition and develop mitigation plans.
  • Engage with stakeholders and end-users to understand their needs and concerns, and proactively address them.
  • Develop and execute communication and training plans to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Monitor the progress of the transition project, track key performance indicators, and report on the success of the change management efforts.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams involved in the transition.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness within the organization.


Skills Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Change Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Business Change Manager, preferably in healthcare or a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with SystmOne and Lorenzo ERP systems.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful ERP transitions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
