Business Insights & Field Excellence Manager – UK & Ireland

With a new CRM system and Business Intelligence tool being implemented in the coming months, this is an exciting time to join this mid-size pharmaceutical company.

Location: Berkshire        

Compensation: ~£50’000pa + benefits

Key aspects of this role:

• Field Excellence / SFE
• Performance monitoring and reporting – by accounts, territory, product, etc.
• Forecasting – sales and support for demand planning/supply chain
• Business planning
• Systems and tools improvement

The present incumbent is moving into a new role within the organisation and will remain able to provide support to the person moving into this position.

You will use your experience to maintain those processes and tools that work well and build upon these with new approaches and insights, particularly leveraging the new CRM and BI tools.

Your analysis of internal and external data will help shape strategic and operational decision making that will benefit patients and company performance.

Working cross-functionally on most projects, it is particularly important that you can communicate in a confident, approachable and solutions orientated style.

Requirements:

• Business intelligence experience
• Pharmaceutical experience (preferred but not essential)
• Experience leveraging the power of effective CRM and Business Intelligence tools
• Highly numerate
• Analytical
• Ability to be a business partner to cross-functional project teams
