Role Overview

Working with a Global Pharmaceutical business in the Manchester area, you'll be joining a market leading innovative business.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst you'll be working with a dynamic and close knit team to monitor, analyse and optimise KPIs. Taking data and insights, you'll transform these into a manageable and digestible form to share this with internal stakeholders, presenting this via dashboards and innovative and creative solutions. 

Working closely with varied teams and senior leaders you'll need to have clear communication skills and be able to present, handle data specific questions and relay information in an understandable format, sometimes varying this to each audience. You'll be treated as an SME in BI and will need to have to confidence to fulfil this. 

The team you're joining are fun, sociable and welcoming so team fit is crucial within this role as you'll be supporting each other frequently. 

To be successful in this role you'll:

Ideally you'll come from a pharmaceutical business already but this is not essential, if you can prove an interest and passion for learning more about this industry.

Solid experience in a similar role, perhaps looking for your next position after entering the market, this could be 1 or more years experience.

Strong Excel skills, data manipulation, extraction and understanding/processing abilities 

Impeccable interpersonal skills where you can prove your ability to present to a wide variety of audiences
