Very good quality claimant work, much of which is complex and high value. You will manage your own caseload (fully supported) and also assist a Partner with more difficult and complex matters. You are likely to have around 1-3 years PQE in claimant clinical negligence and my client are also happy to consider a solicitor with a mixed clinical negligence and PI background who now wants to specialise in just clinical negligence work.
