Our client, a niche global speciality pharmaceutical business, are expanding their Programme Management team due to significant and sustained growth.

Working with the Programme Management team you’ll be working as a dedicated Programme Manager to develop and maintain client relations, you will be responsible for the delivery of new and existing programmes to key pharmaceutical and biotech organisations.

This role would be suitable for someone who has well-honed experience of B2B presenting. You’ll be confident yet humble, well organised, a strong attention to detail and exemplary written and verbal skills.

This is not a “pushy” sales role, so it would be best suited to candidates who have previous experience managing and developing relationships.

You will support senior team members in the Programme Management division with existing and any newly secured accounts. Liaising with senior level clients and managing relations of assigned accounts means you will need to be attentive and have a proven ability in a role like this.

To be considered for this position you must:

  • Have proven experience in commercial life science Programme Management
  • Well-honed and demonstrable skills in presenting to an B2B audience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a role aligned to the required specifications
  • Ability to perform to KPI’s and SLA’s, successfully meeting and exceeding expectations
