Commercial Litigation Fee Earner - Kent.

My client are a medium sized, one office practice, based in West Kent who are well ranked for all areas of law they cover and have an outstanding reputation both locally and further afield.  Even though times have been tough due to the pandemic, this firm have weathered the storm extremely well and have remained busy throughout due to their wide and loyal client base and dedicated workforce.  

They are a firm that have always offered flexibility along with some home working even pre Covid and this is something that remains and goes with the ethos and culture of the firm.  They are friendly, approachable and informal, yet sharp and highly professional.

They are now looking to expand their commercial litigation division by recruiting an additional fee earner.  The role will involve managing a caseload of commercial disputes including but not limited to contractual disputes, insolvency and debt recovery, construction and property disputes, professional negligence and contentious probate.  

You will ideally have at least 2 years experience of managing commercial litigation matters and applications are welcome from paralegals or legal executives, but you must have contentious fee earning  experience.  

My client are also looking for someone who will be happy to be involved in the development of the department and of the business as a whole and will embrace the social and marketing aspects of the role.  

This firm are interviewing via Zoom in the first instance and are looking to consider CV's asap.  This is an ideal role for a fee earner already in Kent or maybe someone who lives in Kent but works in London and does not want to do the daily commute anymore.
