Commercial Litigation Partner (Salaried) - Mid Kent.

Leading Top 200 law firm are currently recruiting at a senior level into their highly ranked commercial dispute resolution team.

This is a key and significant recruit into the team and therefore it is anticipated that you will already be working at a partner level or you will be a senior associate but keen to take that next step up into a salaried partner role.

This team handle a broad range of commercial litigation work including contractual disputes, professional negligence, insolvency, defended debt recovery, construction disputes etc...  There is no property litigation work as this is dealt with by a separate department.  

The successful applicant will ideally have a good range of experience in commercial litigation work, will have experience of business development and any management/supervisory experience would be an advantage too.

If you currently feel undervalued, overlooked for promotion or stuck at associate level and you are eager to make salaried partner then this is an ideal role for you as you will join as salaried partner from day one.
