Commercial Property Solicitor - Central London.

Top 100 law firm very highly ranked for their commercial property work, are currently looking to recruit a junior solicitor into the commercial property team at the Central London office.

The role will involve a range of commercial property matters including acting for private investors/private property companies, offshore structures, commercial and mixed use properties, high net worth properties, investor work and also some property finance and secured lending.  

As this is a junior level position, their ideal PQE would be around the 1-2 year mark.  However, applications are also welcome from NQ solicitors or those qualifying later this year, but you must have completed a solid commercial property seat during your training (a double seat would be ideal) and consideration will also be given to those who have relevant commercial property paralegal experience gained prior to commencing a training contract.
