The Commercial Real Estate team are looking to add another solicitor to their team. This department deal with varied caseloads comprising of pieces of work including but not limited to – acquisitions, disposals, renewal and termination, joint venture agreements, sale and purchase contracts and auctions. The successful applicant will have a caseload working across these various areas of Commercial Property law.

The ideal candidate will: 1) be educated to degree level (ideally a minimum of 2:1 obtained), 2) have experience in a variety of commercial property work, 3) be happy to participate in business development activities and events and 4) a strong interest in continuing to progress and develop their career within the Real Estate sector.

Due to the PQE range being broad with this particular role, the salary will be dependent on experience.
