Commercial Solicitor - Kent.

Niche firm in Kent are currently looking to recruit a commercial solicitor to join a small team who specialise in advising on commercial law matters acting for IT and technology companies.

Applications are welcome from solicitors at all levels but if you are an NQ solicitor, you must have completed a commercial seat as part of your training contract.

Solid experience of commercial contracts is required and experience in and/or an interest in the technology sector would be a definite advantage.

Applicants from an in-house or private practice background will be considered.

There are no billing or chargeable hour targets with this firm!  Full or part time working is on offer along with flexible hours including some remote working.
