The busy Commercial department of this firm are looking to add a Senior Solicitor to their team. The successful applicant will take on a role entirely in the commercial field with no corporate work, besides some corporate support on deals. This will have them getting engaged in contracts by means of reviewing, drafting and advising as well as dealing with franchise agreements, e-commerce and software as a service agreements and supply terms, amongst other things.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills and qualities:

• Six years or more of post-qualification experience within Commercial work
• The ability to work well in a team and to liaise with people of all different backgrounds and experience levels
• A strong interest and ability to make and maintain client relationships
• A strong interest in commercial contract work and an ability to complete this work without/with little supervision
