Commercial Solicitor - Kent.  Full or Part time considered.

Small specialist law firm in West Kent are looking to expand their small but specialist team.  The team specialise in providing commercial law advice to technology companies and act as an in-house counsel to these IT firms.  Solid commercial contracts experience is essential (drafting, reviewing and negotiating) and any experience of handling IT related work would be an advantage but is not essential.  An interest in technology would be a definite advantage though.

This is a mid level position and therefore it is anticipated you will have around 2+ years PQE.

An above market rate salary is on offer, this could be a part time or full time role and there is lots of flexibility including some home working (even after Coronavirus).
