Communications and Business Development Manager - Legal

 

The Firm
A leading Legal 500 and Chambers recognised law firm in a Central London location with two other offices spanning across the country. The firm and their 250 members of staff share a history of almost 200 years, where they have built a reputable name as they strive to provide their clients with quality advice in which they can understand. Some of this firm’s clients include leading international businesses and corporations, as well as smaller private individuals and families. Not only does this firm put a strong emphasis on their clients, but they also focus heavily on their Corporate Social Responsibility – therefore they are always engaging with charities and their local community. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join and develop in one of the country’s leading private practice law firms.

 

The Role
This role will have you joining a team of six business development experts and you would be coming in as the manager focussing on communications. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of overlooking all external messaging as well as internal messaging within the firm. Some of the other duties of this role include:

  • Maintaining the firm’s social media profiles
  • Taking charge of the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Developing print marketing, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, etc.
  • Creating mail lists and taking part in producing email marketing
  • Maintaining calendars and submissions surrounding legal award ceremonies
  • Analysing website readership statistics
  • Assisting with business development events

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a similar position within a professional services firm
  • Solid understanding of Business Development programmes

 

Location: Central London
Salary: up to £40,000 - depending on experience
