Company Commercial Paralegal (5+ year PQE)

A brand new role has surfaced in a growing Commercial team of a well-regarded London-based firm. The firm are searching for a Commercial Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE, who has a strong skill set in Business Development and Client Care. This firm holds a strong emphasis on flexible working and not only understanding their clients but also understanding their staff and what it takes to make sure each person involved in a legal process receives the best result.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience in commercial contracts, corporate transactions and advising owner-managed businesses and SMEs on company law.
