Contentious Probate Solicitor - Kent.

Legal 500 law firm in Mid Kent are looking to recruit an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to form part of the wider dispute resolution team.

You will sit within the litigation department and will be seen as the expert and 'go to' person for all contentious probate work that comes into the department and you will also be actively encouraged to help develop this offering and bring in new clients/work too.  A specific marketing budget has been set aside specifically for this purpose.

You are likely to either be a contentious probate specialist already or you may be a more general litigation solicitor with solid experience in and a strong interest in contentious probate work and you will be looking to become a specialist in this area.

This is a senior level position and therefore it is anticipated that you will have at least 5 years PQE in this area of law.
