The successful applicant MUST have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience within the busy Residential Property team of a legal firm and must be comfortable and competent in undertaking each step of the transactional process within a busy caseload:

• Providing quality legal advice to clients
• Taking instruction on cases
• Undertaking checks and reporting on: management packs, mortgages, searches and titles
• Dealing with both new-build and second-hand transactions
• Undertaking duties involved in the completion process
• Undertaking ID requirements, risk assessments and exchanging of contracts
• Managing and building relationships with clients and other members of staff
