Corporate / Commercial Solicitor - Remote working.

Modern Legal 500 law firm that offer an environment that is a hybrid of in-house and private practice, are currently looking to recruit a mid level solicitor to handle a predominantly corporate caseload along with some commercial matters too.

You will handle some of your own matters but you will also provide support to the senior fee earners on the transactional deals that they are leading.  

The work will involve corporate transactional work including mergers & acquisitions, take overs etc... along with some commercial work too including commercial contract drafting, reviewing and negotiating.

As this is a mid level position it is anticipated that you will be a qualified Solicitor with around 1-5 years PQE with good experience in handling corporate transactional work.  

This firm have offices throughout the South and London but are happy for someone to work remotely from home as they have the best technology in place to support this.
