This firm’s Legal 500 listed Corporate Commercial team is looking to add a solicitor with 2-6 years post-qualification experience to their team. This team advise businesses at all stages, from entrepreneurs, start-ups, scale-ups and larger businesses. You will be working alongside these clients to advise them on: You’ll be advising start-ups and more established businesses on: trademarks and copyrights, commercial agreements, offering corporate advice for growth businesses, T&Cs, equity fundraising and shareholder agreements and terms of use.

The ideal candidate will: 1) be educated to degree level (ideally a minimum of 2:1 obtained), 2) have experience in a variety of corporate and commercial work – although it is not expected for you to have covered every area listed above, 3) be happy to participate in business development activities and events and 4) a strong interest in continuing to progress and develop their career within the Corporate Commercial sector.
