My client is looking to recruit a solicitor with up to 1 years experience, to join their growing corporate & commercial team. The department acts for a range of clients, from public companies to owner-managed businesses across areas such as;

• Acquisition & Sales
• Asset Transfers and Financing
• Secured Lending & Debt Finance
• Commercial Contracts
• Private Equity & Venture Capital
• Data Protection & Privacy
• IT
• Distribution, Co-operation & Exclusivity Arrangements
• Co-operative Ownership
• Joint Ventures, Partnerships & Shareholder Agreements

About you

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• NQ – 1 PQE with experience gained working in a corporate/commercial team
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be collaborative and a good team player – no silo mentality
