Corporate Senior Associate Solicitor - Mid Kent.

Regional heavyweight law firm are currently looking to recruit at a senior level into their highly ranked corporate team.  This team are known to be one of the best corporate teams in the South East dealing with high quality clients and work.  The focus of the work will be on corporate transactional and M&A work and therefore a solid background in this is essential.

It is anticipated that the successful applicant will join at senior associate level and therefore applications are welcome from qualified solicitors with at least 4 years PQE in corporate work.  You are likely to be working for a London law firm or a well regarded regional firm and will ideally have some experience of business development too.

On offer is a highly competitive salary and benefits package, along with realistic prospects for promotion to salaried partner.  This firm are operating a hybrid working policy so a mix of office and home working is welcomed (depending on government restrictions) along with a very flexible approach to hours and working.
