Leading Surrey based law firm are recruiting an additional solicitor into their highly ranked corporate team.  This team punch well above their weight for a department outside of London and they handle top quality high value corporate work from a very impressive client base.  

They are looking to recruit a mid level corporate solicitor and therefore applications are welcome from qualified solicitors with 3+ years PQE in corporate law matters which must include strong corporate transactional experience and mergers & acquisitions.  Experience of business development is definitely an advantage.
