Corporate Solicitor - Kent and Remote working.

They are now looking to recruit an additional solicitor into their well ranked corporate team.  This team handle a range of work including some big ticket transactions and they have an impressive client base which is spread across the UK and internationally.  

The work is very much corporate transactional M&A work and is very project based and therefore you will ideally have this sort of background.  Strong corporate and M&A experience is essential and this is a mid level position and therefore it is anticipated that you will have 3+ years PQE in corporate work.
