Court of Protection Solicitor / Associate / Senior Associate - Kent.

Leading South East law firm, widely regarded as one of the best in the region, are currently looking to recruit into their court of protection team at a senior level.

As this is a senior role, it is anticipated that you will have significant experience in court of protection work (ideally 5+ years PQE) although applications are welcome from more general private client solicitors who can demonstrate strong court of protection experience and have a desire to specialise just in this area.  

This team handle a range of court of protection work including but not limited to; advising in relation to deputyship applications, statutory gifts and Wills applications, removal of incapacitated trustees, providing advice in relation to funding of care and deliberate deprivation of assets.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high calibre team within a firm who are great to work for and also provide lots of flexibility and the ability to work from home for some of the time, which is something this firm have always offered even before Covid.
