You’ll be joining the CRM operations team of a bona fide UK super brand, and firm with possibly one of the biggest CRM operations in the country. Responsible for circa 3m customer interactions a week across multiple channels, and a database of 30+ million UK customers. It’s unlikely you’ll find another UK firm with anything bigger or more sophisticated to offer, if you’re looking to build your career within the CRM space.

They’re currently in an evolutionary phase, bringing together not just this team, but also their considerable data assets following the merger of multiple high-profile consumer facing brands operationally to become one firm.

In addition is a continued drive towards ‘digital first’ communications. A programme somewhat realised, with most campaigns now being delivered through digital channels, but still have some which execute via OBTM, SMS and direct mail.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The CRM operations team is pretty sizable, at least 40+ people, and currently looking to appoint an additional 6 with this campaign. Looking for a mix of experience – with some being 100% delivery based, and some more senior, handling higher level campaign strategy and oversight positions (hence the broad salary banding).

This CRM ops team is responsible for campaign planning and the data used in the creation of campaign logic and decisioning. Utilising a range of tools which includes Pega for inbound logic, Unica/IBM Campaign and Adobe Campaign for outbound (these will become rationalised once the data has been brought into a SCV, and on one CRM platform).

Your role will be to act as an expert on the customer and campaign data. Advising the marketing teams how to get the best from data briefs – translating these into technical specs.

Extracting the data, advising on campaign counts, sorting through decisioning logic and customer journeys for both inbound and outbound campaigns.

You’re not going to be aligned to any one specific product set as the business works in an Agile mentality, which allows them to align people based on project needs and business demands. So you will get a decent amount of variety, as well as broad business exposure – working across all their various consumer product categories.

THE COMPANY

This is a large, complex operation reflecting a high volume, multi-channel campaign environment. If you’re looking for a place to call home which represents ‘best in class’ – you’ve found it.

If you’re a people person and love roles which give you autonomy and direct stakeholder relationships to own and manage, you’re going to get it here.

If you want to be working with the best CRM tools and a programme of scale which drives significant, multi-billion pound revenue figures – you’ve got it!

If you want to be part of a team who really enjoy what they do, working in an environment that’s rewarding with bag-loads of opportunities for progression – why haven’t you already applied?
