Your background

We are seeking a CRM Campaign Selections Executive to join one of their biggest clients on site, a leading gaming and gambling company, with swathes of Big Data for you to play with! You will be delivering data selections for campaign targeting using Unica, and if you haven’t used this market leading campaign management data tool, valuable training will be provided.

     

Your background may be in data processing, CRM or campaign selections – even analytics, using SQL or another campaign management tool such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Chordiant, Faststats etc., to provide data selections for targeted multichannel marketing campaigns.

 

You will review and challenge campaign briefs for accuracy, robustness and alignment with contact strategies, build, QA and execute campaigns using Unica and off the back of this, provide recommendations and insights for improvement in process or new ideas for campaigns that could drive incremental performance.

 

And you won’t be struck it he back office, you will be involved in client meetings that are related to CRM campaign planning.

 

Key experience necessary

  • Educated to degree level in a numerate or relevant marketing subject
  • Experience in using some kind of campaign management tool is strongly preferred (ideally Unica) such as Chordiant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Faststats etc. – SWL will be considered as an alternative
  • Exposure to large sets of complex marketing and customer data, ideally within a CRM environment
  • Experience in either campaign selections or data processing for targeted marketing
  • Excellent communication skills in order to liaise with clients and internal colleagues

 

Must be able to live and work in the UK unrestricted.
