CRM Data Planner

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Planner who is passionate about playing an instrumental part in this animal health related brand’s CRM. You will be an experienced Data Planner with a background in CRM, and ideally experience in working with online brands.

 

You will be reporting into the Head of CRM, working amongst CRM and campaign specialists to drive the science behind great marketing communications, ensuring that customer contact is always optimized.

 

You will assist with the company’s approach to data strategy and ensure opportunities for using data are optimised across the business. You work collaboratively with other members of the team to contribute to the overall strategic approach; from directing the use of data insight to supporting campaign development and targeting, to designing campaign segmentations, to pulling out intelligent insights through campaign results, and building cutting-edge Test and Learn plans.

As the ‘go to’ person for all things data strategy, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure data is at the heart of the customer journey planning and overarching CRM strategy.

 

We are open to considering transferable skills for this role, including Analysts who wish to move into a more strategic role or CRM experts who have been involved in and are interested in the data aspect of targeted marketing.

 

LOCATION:   North London / Hertfordshire

SALARY:       £60k - £70k

 

ESSENTIAL:

  • Background in data planning or data strategy, with a strong focus on CRM
  • Experience from both agency side or client side will be considered
  • Experience in embedding data at the hear of customer journey planning and CRM strategies
