CRM Data Strategist

 

** Digital Agency onsite with Major Car Rental Brand **

 

 

 

LOCATION -        Uxbridge, Middlesex

 

SALARY -              £45k - £55k plus excellent benefits

 

 

Our client have been retained to help consolidate local market activity across Europe for this major car rental brand, and CRM is one of the biggest growth streams.

 

This role forms part of a brand new specialist onsite team (project management, creative, social creative, social strategy and distribution and digital analytics), all situated within the client’s own marketing function . They have a nice spacious, branded area, specifically set up for the team, almost like a mini agency within the business. You will work collaboratively with the client to improve the customer experience through the use of data driven, highly targeted marketing, taking ownership for the campaign data strategy, all supported by the Head of Analytics and Data Strategy, Ross Hawkes.

                     

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious Data Strategist to gain valuable client facing experience, with one of the UK's largest car rental companies; gaining exposure to vast amounts of customer and marketing data and influential stakeholders. This client is one of the group’s fastest growing accounts, so the potential for expansion and growth is huge. CRM is also a workstream they want to grow dramatically, taking their CRM activity to the next level, which this role will lead on. So, we need fresh thinking, a creative approach to the use of data to drive CRM and an interest in developing new solutions for the client.

  

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/RESPONSIBILITES

 

  • Educated to degree level in a numerate subject
  • A background in data strategy within CRM
  • Numerate thinking and creative approach to the use of data within marketing
  • Strong skills in building test and learn frameworks, post campaign evaluation and developing data driven customer journeys
  • Ability to build relationships with non-technical stakeholders, ability to work consultatively with end clients on their data driven approach to marketing and advertising
  • Enthusiasm and curiosity for the world of media and how classic CRM data strategies and approaches can be integrated into modern marketing and advertising tactics
