LOCATION -             Remote / Central London

SALARY -                  £50k - £65k & excellent benefits

We are looking to hire an ambitious CRM Data Strategist to work on the delivery of exciting, insight driven, targeted communications across omnichannel marketing channels. 

You will be working across multiple industry leading brands, delivering CRM data strategy and insights around improving marketing ROI.

You will be experienced in extracting, interpreting, manipulating data, in order to optimise and evaluate marketing campaign performance. Building out segmentations, conducting analysis to understand where improvements can be made to the customer journey and targeted marketing.

You should be skilled in test and learn techniques and email reporting, as well as having the curious nature to ask the question WHY? Your story telling skills should be sharp and creative, brining to life the way data is used to inform customer experience and marketing performance.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Educated to degree level in a relevant subject; numerate or marketing related
• You will have experience in data planning for large volume omnichannel marketing campaigns
• You will have skills in data manipulation, test and learn and reporting on campaign performance
• You will have some experience in working with third party data partners / providers / agencies
• You will have a strong understanding of CRM, email and database platforms and be confident talking to clients about the ‘art of the possible’ in terms of highly personalised, customer led, real time engagement
