Role: CRM Email Marketer

: London
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 (based on experience)
Benefits: 25 days leave, Pension, life assurance, PMI, Dental, Personal accident insurance and some additional benefits unique to their business you’re going to absolutely love.

They say you should never meet your heroes. But what about the opportunity to work for one of your hero brands?

There are some employers who just sit at a level others aspire to be. A shining light of creativity and innovation. With some incredible examples of marketing at its very best.

So why would you want to work here?

Beyond the brand itself, there’s the various creative assets you will be working with. A plethora of incredible IP’s used to support promotion of core assets. As well as multi-billion pound investments constantly bringing new and exciting experiences for customers. So you will never be short of creative marketing opportunities.

There’s at least 5 years’ worth of innovation in pipeline which means the CRM programme will be constantly evolving to adapt and include these into trigger-based promotions to drive customer uptake and stimulate interest and sell through.

The team you’ll be joining is small – made up of a Manager who oversees the team. A peer, responsible for tactical and full lifecycle comms. Then you, responsible for CRM projects. Owning all trigger-based communications, designed and built to be delivered in an automated fashion, which drive sell through of a number of the company’s highest profile core assets.

Your remit will be to embed a data centric approach to these trigger campaigns. Deciding the logic, variations on campaign creative and content, based on customer segmentation and different international market priorities.

There’s 2 agencies supporting you. One who handles creative, and one who does build and broadcast. As well as an in-house marketing analyst. You will be responsible for their briefing and management of response.

Now for the caveat.

This role is being hired on a 12 month fixed term basis. It’s actually a rolling contract which has existed for 3+ years within the business already. There’s a roadmap of work ahead of it which will probably run for another 3+ years too. Since the trigger campaign programme is only around 33% built right and needs completing. Then there’s the constant evolution of the programme to meet the needs of a business that’s launching big, shiny new things all the time.

So if you want the chance to join somewhere your friends and family will be jealous of you for. Apply today to find out more.

Key experience necessary

  • You don’t need any specific ESP experience, but should have a good understanding of email marketing
  • You understand how to define data centric, trigger-based campaigns and can translate that into process documents
  • Agency or client-side experience are both welcome
  • Tenacious by nature. A driver of action and know how to orientate within a big corporate environment
  • Keen eye for detail and strategic thinker

Must be able to live and work in the UK unrestricted.
