Role: CRM Executive – Luxury Fashion & Lifestyle
Location: Central London office twice a week (no fixed days). The rest is work from home.
Salary: up to £35,000 base
Benefits: Pension, health insurance, life assurance, 25 days leave, lots of perks and discounts

This isn’t your ‘run of the mill’ CRM role in your average high-street retailer. You won’t be building email campaigns or getting hands dirty with the operational side of CRM, despite this being an Exec level appointment.

You’ll be working for a premium fashion brand, one which carries a lot of clout in the industry. Getting your feet under the table with a Global CRM function. One that’s responsible for bigger picture objectives designed to really push the boundaries of what’s possible. Getting hands-on with innovative data centric solutions powered by advancements in AI which creates new opportunities for omni-channel personalisation which isn’t simply about presenting a series of recommendations based on past shopping behaviours.

In their world, what’s right for the brand and customer comes first in everything they do. This has lead to some creative and inventive thinking, sparking industry first innovations in the use of data for customer engagement and marketing.

The scope of your remit will be broader than most too, as the Global team tend to handle bigger picture thinking, translating these into objectives delivered by the regional teams. You'll be working in support of the Senior Customer Marketing Manager. Helping to launch CRM related projects and getting new initiatives off the ground, working with regional teams who do a lot of the heavy lifting in operational delivery.

This will include having input to the company’s new loyalty programme. Something they’re looking to be a little bit different to the norm. Something which better reflects their brand and customer profile.

With these new initiatives, you could be helping to set up surveys to test response to some of these new programmes. Understanding how it’s resonating with customers and reporting back on their performance.

Or getting involved in retail channel CRM for high value customers. Inputting to training materials for new projects in that channel. Such as the new loyalty programme and helping colleagues in those teams be conversant in what’s new and how to explain and make it work for the customer.

If you’re interested in the data side of CRM, there’s opportunity to get involved in segmentations and data application. Particularly in the application of psychographic data into AI and machine learning platforms which power things like recommendation engines across both digital and offline channels for them.

This really is an iconic brand and an amazing opportunity to get in with a firm that’s not only at the sharp end of CRM and data in this field, but is also an incredibly collaborative working environment. It’s also inspirational, full of bright people who really know their stuff. Led by a Director and VP who are both high energy, positive leaders who are engaging, knowledgeable and uplifting to work with.

So if you’re looking to advance your career in the CRM/customer marketing space and want somewhere that’s a bit special, and not run of the mill; you’ve just found your new home.
