You will work with the database marketing team on shaping and creating the data brief, ensuring target audience is clear and well defined. Plus brief in the creative and content teams on what you need for each campaign.

You will essentially be campaign managing, pulling everything together. But also responsible for testing – looking at creative, copy, testing new channels to see how they perform, etc.

A lot you’ll be working on will be new for the business. They’ve implemented a new CRM system which is enabling and supporting all this. There’s so much opportunity to add value to the CRM programme through re-thinking customer journeys which result in improved experiences for customers and enhancements to bottom line revenue too.

This really is a great learning opportunity as well as one which will give you some impressive and valuable experience to take you forward in your career.
