IT Systems Administrator / CRM Specialist - Business Intelligence

Manchester based - flexibility on WFH arrangements to be discussed on application

Salary ~£25,000 - £30,000 - Bonus and Benefits

Role Overview

Working with a Global Pharmaceutical business in the Manchester area, you'll be joining a market leading innovative business.

In the brand new role as a CRM Specialist, you'll be a true SME in developing and enhancing end user utilisation, ensuring the CRM systems provide valuable insight, and acting as the first point of contact on all CRM support. 

You'll be developing reports to support the BI leadership team, providing insights on the current CRM and potential new systems.

Being a natural people person is essential to this position as you'll be providing training on the CRM system, project managing system role outs and implementation and supporting external and internal customers/colleagues.

To be successful in this role you'll need:

Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years proven experience working as a CRM specialist or a similarly levelled position. You must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to adapt yourself to varied audiences, you may be required to present data and information on occasions.

You can come from any industry but you must have an understanding of the Pharmaceutical industry, how this is a highly regulated environment.
