Dynamics 365 CE Consultant – Technical & Functional

This fantastic company has various outstanding opportunity to join a top-level Dynamics 365 CE Team as either a Functional or Technical Consultant. All employees can be home based, however as their client offices are spread throughout the UK, you must be willing to travel and stay away from home during the working week when restrictions allow.

Key responsibilities: 

• Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Analyse & identify opportunities for improvement
• Gather and understand client functional requirements    
• Perform gap analysis between a client’s requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Design custom code for bespoke client requirements
• Understand the functional capabilities and limitations
• Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications
• Train client personnel on Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional and technical training)
• Lead technical discussions with clients
• Develop data conversion and testing strategies
• Staff development & coaching    

Experience required:

• At least 4 years’ experience of either implementing or developing Dynamics CRM/D365 CE on multiple sites
• Power Platform experience
• Various industry exposure
• Excellent teamwork with proven background of successful delivery
• Very good communication
