The chance to work for a Microsoft Gold partner who are delivering multi-level projects on a global scale working with both private and public sectors, working to digitally convert organisations.

  • Work with clients to implement a strategy designed to deliver D365 business solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of Functional aspects of D365 CE.
  • Creating sustained relationships with clients.  
  • Identifying areas of opportunity to improve customer performance for the business.
  • Configuring specifications and interface with clients to test and adapt and work through issues. 
  • Ability to adapt ideas to work with ongoing changes within the customer profile. 
  • Ability to work with current processes/procedures and replace if necessary. 
  • Strong ability to work with detail and access the overall development and maintenance of the CRM platform to advise on best practice.
  • You will be able to lead consultants when required through certain projects. 
  • Strong communicator from support through to C/level.  

 The Job role of a Lead Functional Consultant is varied, and you will be mostly based from home with the need to travel to clients when needed. 

The areas of responsibility for a Lead CE/CRM Functional Consultant are:

Development and support is provided at all levels of experience to enable you to tailor your progression throughout your journey working with the company. 

You will need to have worked on D365 CRM/CE projects for at least the last 5/6 years and understand the Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE product suite. 

Being able to recognise areas to maximise the effectiveness of the D365 investment for the business customer engagement strategy is key. 

This is a chance to shape the new customer agenda to improve business performance and establish yourself within a organization that continues to grow.

Salary up to £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
