The Job role of a Lead Technical Consultant is diverse, with work based from home and visits to clients when needed. You will be working across private and public sectors.

The areas of responsibility for a Lead CE/CRM Technical Consultant are:

  • Working client side to design the CE structure and implement customizations, portals and reports.
  • Ability to gather technical aspects and enforce best practice with CE development and integration with CE design systems, Data migration and combination mappings using SQL Integration Services, Scribe or Web Services.
  • Understanding how to use the identified gaps between the client’s requirements and customising the integration of dynamics CE.
  • Create technical specifications by understanding the functional capabilities and limitations for immediate functionality with custom code.
  • Plan and integrate organisation methods and data flows between CE/CRM applications.
  • Thorough understanding of CE programming languages such as VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, C#, VSTO, JavaScript and Silverlight.
  • You will be able to lead consultants when required through certain projects.
  • Strong communicator from support through to C/level.  

Development and support is provided at all levels of experience to enable you to tailer your progression throughout your journey working with the company.

At least 5/6 years of working on D365 CRM/CE projects is essential and understanding the Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE product suite.

Being able to recognise areas to maximise the effectiveness of the D365 investment for the business customer engagement strategy is key.

Salary is up to £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
