A respected Microsoft Partner who deliver solutions across Dynamics CE and have their own product offering to Professional Services, Banking, Healthcare & Not For Profit. With projects across the globe they operate in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same and you are always learning from vastly experienced individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be part of the Dynamics 365 support team, meeting Service Level Agreements while resolving cases raised in the service desk. You need to show strong communication with clients while offering expertise to end-users, have good problem-solving skills and at times developing solutions to meet the needs of our clients. You will be required to further expand knowledge in all areas of the Dynamics 365 platform.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor Dynamics support queues
  • Respond to all customers in the order specified by the priorities
  • Develop support documentation and ensure all changes are recorded
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Make sure Dynamics is kept updated with any changes in case status or attributes
  • Follow relevant escalation procedures to ensure timely resolution
  • Develop Dynamics skills through on the job training and shadowing Functional Consultants
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Service Desk Manager

Experience Required

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a customer facing environment
  • Over 1 year experience providing support in a D365 CRM/CE environment whether in end user or Partner
  • Background in providing high levels of customer service in an IT industry.
  • High level Microsoft Office end use skills
  • Experience administering business applications
