Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Technical Consultant to join the team at this global Microsoft Gold Partner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 CRM and a proven track record of successful implementation and support of Dynamics 365 CRM projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical aspects of Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Provide expert level consulting on Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and best practices
• Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, including sales, project management, and development
• Perform gap analysis, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, and provide technical guidance to clients
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal processes, standards, and documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and support
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and customizations
• Experience with C#, .NET, and JavaScript
• Experience with Power Platform and Power Automate is a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus
