D365 CRM & Power Platform Functional Consultant The Role: Working with SMB organisations to help them understand, design and deliver innovative sales, service and business excellence solutions in order to drive their organisation forwards. Key Responsibilities: Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers Facilitating workshops to understand customer requirements. Documentation of customer requirements and to be solution design Design & build of customer solutions within the Dynamics 365 & Power Platform toolkit Delivering training workshops and handing over solution to customer Supporting the sales and customer service team throughout the customer lifecycle Must Have Skills/Experience: Experience as a Consultant or End User responsible for implementation and evolution of Dynamics 365 CRM Apps (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) Experience with the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Pages (Portals) and Power Automate Ability of understanding, designing, implementing and improving customer experience and/or sales processes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent stakeholder management skills Understanding of or experience in delivering business change Creative problem solving skills Strong planning and organisational skills Strong presentation skills Desirable Skills/Experience JavaScript experience HTML5 experience Dynamics 365 Field Service experience Project management skills Personal Qualities: Positive can-do attitude Desire to continuously learn new technology Team player but with the ability to work on own initiative Passionate about delivering consistently great solutions and customer service Willing to travel (projects typically are a mix of onsite and remote) Please get in touch to discus further.
