Job Title: Dynamics 365 ERP Support Consultant

We’re working with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner who specialise in charities and the not for profit sector. The company are currently around 100 employees strong but have plans to grow by 20-30% this year.

They are currently hiring for a D365 ERP Support Consultant to work on a remote basis with occasional travel to the Manchester Office.

The company offer a salary of up to £35,000 DOE and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming support calls in a polite and efficient manner.
• Recording all relevant information for future resolution of the call.
• Resolving the call within the scope of training or escalating to another team member.
• Promoting the company in a professional manner.

Previous Experience:

• 2+ years of relevant experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Willingness to transfer skills from supporting alternative ERP software.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Dynamics BC or GP, related integration, reporting and customization tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
