D365 Service Delivery Manager
D365 / CRM / ERP / Customer Success
£60k-£75k + Bonus + Benefits

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join this Global Microsoft Gold Partner to help with service delivery efforts and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. The role is home based but may require some travel to client sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, a commercial mind set, and the ability to articulate the value of the service propositions. You will need to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives inside the company as well as client organisations.

The Service Delivery Manager role has evolved from a traditional ITIL reactive type approach to more of pro-active commercially responsible approach. To become an SDM for this leading gold partner you'll need experience of supporting Pre-Sales efforts, Project Management, Solution Architecture and Solution Design, Excellent communication skills & client relationship skills with the ability to have those 'difficult' conversations when needed with clients.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, tracking project margins, participating in sales engagements, and leading critical incident resolution. You will also be responsible for ensuring service delivery excellence, providing accurate reporting to senior management, and building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.

To be considered, you must have around 5+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager or Customer Success Manager, exceptional customer-facing skills, and people management experience. Knowledge of ITIL Framework is a nice to have but not essential. Experience in consultancy practices and managing service delivery for cloud-based business applications. Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP business applications is 100% critical. We cannot proceed with anyone who does not have MS Dynamics 365 (CRM or ERP) experience. 

Essential Skills:

  • Dynamics CRM or ERP experience and it's applications (CE or F&O). 
  • Excellent communication skills including conflict resolution experience. 
  • Client relationship / Stakeholder management experience 
  • A good few years experience in a Service Delivery role but also experience in Project Management. 
  • A background in Dynamics 365 Sales / pre-Sales or as a functional consultant would help. 

Whilst you will be based from home, the ability to get into London once p/m for company meetings on average will be needed. It is likely you'll be responsible for at least 1 large 'flagship' client and a few smaller clients. As many of their clients are government based you will be required to undergo SC Clearance. Typically you'll need to have been resident in the UK for the last 5 consecutive years with the ability to live and work freely in the UK.
