Role: Data Operations Manager
Location: London (Flexi-working)
Salary: Up to £75,000

Join one of the most prolific digital media agencies in London as they continue to invest in developing one of the best-in-class data service offerings.

This company is riding a wave of super-growth! However, they have faced some pains on the way...

Building a portfolio of top tier service offerings comes with it's difficulties. Product scale, effectiveness, resource management, forward planning - it all adds up into a big pile of operational baggage. Lots of little things that are each individually key parts of the bigger picture. If they aren't looked after then it all ends up going wrong!

What they need is someone who can come in and oversee the entire operation. An individual who can grasp the opportunity for success, assess where the business is at and where it can be, and define the roadmap so those goals can be met!

You'll be getting your hands dirty on a few different challenges and will be wearing several different hats! Engaging data teams, commercial units and end-clients (think big-name publishes, FMCG, automotive, sports - companies you most likely are, or have been, a customer of). You'll also be the central knowledge-keeper for all data work.

What you'll get in return is to become part of an incredible culture - one that is modern, and understands how to work in 2022. A flexible work/life balance - with no presenteeism and a sensible approach to flexible working. You'll be working on products that are directly in the public eye - so you can see your work and be proud of it.

You'll also access a list of benefits that include enhanced holiday and pensions, milestone bonuses, private healthcare, enrichment days, training & development and much more!
