LOCATION -             Central London

SALARY -                  £65k - £75k & excellent benefits

We are looking to hire an experience Data Strategy Manager to lead a team of Data Strategists, ranging from Junior through to Senior level, in the delivery of insight driven, targeted multichannel communications, for major brands in luxury retail, automotive, entertainment and leisure. 

You will be building robust test and learn plans, optimising the customer journey through segmentation and propensity models, so ideally you will have experience in understanding data manipulation yourself, with the ability to pick up BI tools intuitively yourself.

You will be experienced in extracting, interpreting, manipulating data, in order to optimise and evaluate marketing campaign performance which will in turn drive future marketing activity and overall customer understanding.

Your contextual knowledge should contain knowledge around Martech stacks, data management flows and analytics tools in order to deliver best in class customer experiences and customer strategy roadmaps grounded in data and insights.

What skills do I need to apply?

Strategic analytics, insights consulting around the use of data within organisations


Data driven CRM or loyalty experience


Hands on CRM or marketing analytics, ability to plan how data is used within targeted marketing



  • Educated to degree level in a relevant subject; numerate or marketing related
  • You will have experience in data planning and building data strategies for large volume omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • You will have skills in data manipulation, building robust test and learn plans and reporting on campaign performance
  • You will have solid experience in managing third party data partners / providers / agencies
  • You will have a strong understanding of CRM, email and database platforms and be confident talking to clients about the ‘art of the possible’ in terms of highly personalised, customer led, real time engagement
  • Experience in leading or managing others, formally or informally – but a desire to manage a team and grow potential is key!
