D365 CRM & Power Platform Developer

D365 / CE / CRM / Developer / Integration / End User

£60,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are looking for a D365 CRM / CE & Power Platform Developer to take ownership of the on going Dynamics 365 platform development, evolution, integration and pass that passion on to the team. 

About the role

CRM is at the heart of this global research firm and a vital piece of their Customer Data Platform.

Having migrated to D365 CE 3 years ago, they have since built upon the existing system using a wide range of tools available across Power Platform stack.

This role brings an exciting opportunity to rework/improve legacy developments and to work with business and technology teams to evolve and enhance CRM capability.

All things CRM

You will be responsible for CRM Solution design and implementations to meet business requirements; including customisations and configuration; CRM plugin development and associated web service integrations.

You’ll handle CRM Maintenance, plus SISS Integration support & end-user support; SSRS and PBI Reporting.

Scoping and testing

This involves scoping and requirements gathering with key stakeholders.

Testing, implementation, training others and updating all documentation.

What you bring

  • Proven experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platforms
  • You’ll have the curiosity and agility to solve problems, collaborating proactively across the business
  • The desire to look for continuous improvements for systems and ways of working
  • And you’ll need the ability to communicate and collaborate well, adapting your approach to engage a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders

The rewards

A basic salary up to £75,000 p/a d.o.e. plus a range of benefits, including a market leading pension, a bonus scheme, the ability to buy and sell annual leave plus a generous medical insurance package.

The location

You will be based at their head office near Watford, Hertfordshire.

They operate a hybrid approach to working with a mix of home and office-based working - it'll be 2-3 days in the office p/wk

Ideally you’ll need to drive as the office has no bus route nearby.
