Digital Analytics Manager

** Social Media & Performance Marketing **


We are on the search for a hybrid data strategist and digital analytics expert, someone who can help this global drinks brand improve its understanding and relationships with its customers.

This role forms part of a brand new specialist onsite team of digital and creative experts, all situated within the client’s own marketing function and you will work collaboratively with the client to improve understanding of their customers across digital channels; specifically social media and e-commerce.  This role is will work closely with the Managing Partner and Data Strategy Director and although they will provide you with support, we are looking for someone who can work independently and really own the development of the strategy and implementation of social and e-commerce analytics for this client.

Your will take responsibility for making recommendations around applications to take forward and approaches to social media measurement and insights, leveraging social media listening tools and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, as well as broader digital analytics to understand customer interactions and behaviour across e-commerce platforms.

You will measure digital campaigns, developing dashboards using data visualisation tools and techniques, as well as optimising social media marketing in real time – so experience using tools such as Sprinklr is essential.

Given the onsite model, you will naturally be client facing, with strong skills in building relationships, understanding stakeholder’s requirements and working to shape solutions.

The scope for this role is exciting, with the agency likely taking on more brands, so there is the potential to build a team beneath this person or to naturally expand the remit.

LOCATION:         West London

SALARY:               £50k - £60k plus benefits



  • Educated to degree level, ideally in a numerate or relative subject such as digital marketing
  • Strong experience within digital data analytics roles
  • Must be a strategic thinker with an innovative approach to data, thinking innovatively around the use of data and how to solve business problems
  • Skilled in engaging colleagues and stakeholders in the use of data insights, ensuring a test and learn approach is taken to content; real time data and insight driven optimisation to improve performance of digital content
  • Ability to utilise varying analytical techniques based on the data sources available through social media and performance marketing channels
  • Strong interest in and familiarity with technology and the understanding of analytical practices and processes
  • Solid understanding of social media and e-Commerce business, website advertising and other third-party data sources (i.e. Nielsen, Shopalyst) 
  • Excellent communication skills as well as an ambitious, inclusive and innovative approach
