Is the Monday to Friday feeling a bit cut, copy, paste, repeat?

When was the last time you were able to do a project which really challenged you creatively?

In fact, if you’re someone who considers ‘out of box thinking’ to be too ‘traditional’, you’ll likely love this.

We need you to be a self-starter, comfortable being dropped in the deep end and able to get under the skin of a brand. Recognising how, when and why to bend and flex it to achieve cut-through in a crowded market.

You’ll be comfortable managing your own time, and enjoy being treated like an adult who knows how to successfully deliver to deadlines. You will be managing digital projects covering every platform from website, emails right through to social media and digital advertising content.

As you can imagine relevant experience within industries closely aligned to Beauty will be essential, so can come from Fashion, Retail or Luxury. We’re saying this as we need to see a portfolio of work which will be relevant, reflecting an appreciation and understanding of brand visual identity and how to use digital creative to communicate with customers effectively.

You will be an experienced plate spinner, covering the breadth of the brand's entire digital estate and assets, there’s even some exposure to some offline projects too.

What we’re looking for you to demonstrate:

- A suitable portfolio of projects which demonstrate and show off your skills as a really creative Digital Designer 
- Several years commercial experience behind you, so you’re able to show you’ve earnt some stripes
- Decent project management skills and evidence of being resilient with good lateral thinking skills when challenged to come up with creative concepts.
